This company has scammed me out of $510.00 for a service contract on my ac unit. Now after months of trying to reach them to fulfill their contract, I have found out they are no longer in business. What options are available to pursue this company for a full refund for breaking the contract they had no intentions of keeping. They harassed me on the phone until I finally gave in and agreed to have them come out for a check of my ac unit, in which they promised to do a long list of items for this $39.00. None of which was done when their technician arrived. It was just a scam to get money for their outrages service contract. I have contacted the Attorney General which states they cannot help because this business has ceased operations.
