I worked for Longhorn mechanical and David Armstrong for approximately 2 weeks. When it came to payday David Armstrong, suddenly became too busy to answer my calls. I called several times to inquire as to the whereabouts of my paycheck. He would give an excuse. Excuse 1. He needed paper work filled out by me. He was supposed to email the forms. I never did receive it. Then he did not answer my calls for almost a week. When he did finally answer me he told me that he had been in the hospital with appendicitis and would call me back that evening. He never did. I continued to call and he continued not to answer my calls. I called him from a different phone and he answered. When I asked him for the money that he owed me he said I should be issued a checkny the next Monday. He flipped out and call my girl friend a “W**re” and said he had dropped it off at the labor bored and still to this day I have not received the $920.00 he owes me.
