I used Alpha Mechanical LLC, they charged me a diagnosis fee, and said he will order the part and come back to fix our AC, however after contacting him multiple times, he finally said I can’t do the job and cancelled on me after waiting 7 days for him to fix our AC. This company needs to be help accountable. People write your reviews here so we can get Alpha Mechanical LLC liable for all damages done for all of us.
This was home warranty insurance job and we had to wait for insurance approval. Unfortunately they did not approve payment and we were not able to proceed with repair.
