Repairman shows up, didn’t even touch unit. took a photo, claimed its a solar system (its not) has a auxillary panel that feeds through same standard lines into a standard water heater. He claimed he was going to his truck to call American Home Shield and call me right back.
HE LEFT! NO CALL! NO EXPLANATION! JUST GONE!
This is a joke. I called their number, she (Alex) had no explanation, she told me to call home warranty to see if they know what’s going on!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT ACCEPT THEM FROM YOUR HOME WARRANTY!
OH! He happily accept the $75 sevice call fee!!!
Showed up said our psi was to high (95) did not show me how he was tested it. While he was here I called the City of Peoria they said it was not possible. CITY OF PEORIA was at my door within 30mins. I have pictures and proof he was not telling the truth. And still charge me. For Nothing.
Absolutely a TERRIBLE COMPANY & hack of a company! They cost me 3000 dollars in water damage! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were given my service call they a warranty company! They came charged me money , DIDNT FOX ANYTHING, I HAD A WATER HEATER INDER WARRANTY ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE THE WATER HEATER, instead they charged me put the water heatter back together it exploded less than 48 hours caused 3-4K dollars in watts damage ! They can back charged me AGAIN! Then swapped out the water heater when that’s all they had to do in the first place! Then the owner WENT GHOST & stopped taking my phone calls when I called to asK for help with deductible! Terrible company! Go somewhere else! THEY ARE HACKS!
Same issue as others here. I usually do not write reviews but think I should be responsible to the community. This plumbing company was assigned to my service request through AHS warranty. The tech showed up on time (will not name him here). So far his recommendation to open up the stucco made sense as you could not see the leak or the extent of damage. I got the stucco open same day but this individual with no knowledge of / view into the wall/ pipe damage submitted to my warranty that this was not a natural leak and a human – user caused damage. All this while the lady in the office “claimed” zero knowledge of anything and told me she does not know why warranty declined my fix. Far from being kind or polite. Whereas AHS confirmed LHS is the one who filed the reason for denying. Wrong/bad intention from day1. The tech even tried to sell me water damage services through his “buddy”, who turned out to a very shady company giving them kickbacks. Read other reviews who have similar stories.
Loyalty Home Services is a crooked company, a SCAM. After being under AHS warranty for the 14 years we have owned the home our water heater quit working. Our water heater was not required to have a thermal switch when purchased, but because Loyalty thought all water heaters SHOULD have thermal switches they declared it had a “missing part”, which gave them and AHS an unethical loophole to declare it not being under warranty. The “missing part” had absolutely nothing to do with the water heater stopping working. DO NOT EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, USE LOYALTY HOME SERVICES.
My AHS company assigned us this company. When we had questions about why we had to pay an extra $150 for temp check & water pressure to install the water heater, they automatically thought we werent going to pay. Although we shouldnt have to pay this. Next day, we called to pay and schedule it. My husband called from his number numerous times. As soon as we call from my number, the lady picks up. As this situation arose questions for us, my husband asked if his number was blocked. She got all defensive and said “no, no, no, I wont be servicing you”, and hung up. This is a horrible disgusting business. The plumber was a great guy. But to be dismissed like that was unbelievable and even now, we are still without a water heater and nobody can do anything about it for us. We have babies here as well. Its unbelievable over a small conversation caused her to not service us.
