As the owner of a rental property I rely on my property management company and the people they rely on to accomplish a job that I cannot supervise. The Cooler Guy Inc billed my property management company for work performed on 6/17/16. The work consisted of changing cooler pads, oiling bearings, applying weather stripping, Styrofoam spacer, and my personal favorite was $111.95 for a new cooler pad. I was more than happy to pay, although extremely excessive, IF the work was performed. In January I was on property to inspect and discovered this invoice a fairy tale. I have filed a court case against my property management company for work that this company billed for and was too lazy to accomplish.
As a amendment to my comment I wish to say that the total bill was for $283.58. They went over the $250.00 limit and did not care. My property management company did not revise the bill and I paid these incompetent people the full amount. Ellen Kennady
